Product Specifications and Customer Support
The LED lights in our shower heads are powered by an AC adapter, not hydraulically. The LED remote controller uses a CR2025 button battery.
If you encounter any issues with the temperature setting, ensure the valve handle is properly installed to enable the 100°F default temperature.
The thermostatic cartridge in our valves is supplied by the high-end French manufacturer, Venter (model CF43).
All the features of our shower systems can be used simultaneously for a complete, customized showering experience.
